MEDICAL TRAINING

Speak to us about what we can do for your organisation!

Topics Covered

Our Medical and First Aid training is highly aligned to meet your workplace needs whilst comprehensively engaging your staff. We DO NOT offer off the shelf, standard ‘tick-and-flick’ style training and our clients highly respect us for that. With our team of professional emergency service, military and private industry professionals who have all worked in challenging, life threatening environments, we know how to deliver realistic and functional skills.

Our courses are pitched at an easy to understand level and aptitude. It has been said that “Complex is Interesting, but simple is useful” (unknown), by using this mantra we have combined decades of high calibre careers to allow a simple, effective and useful set of skills to protect your people from harm. Statistics tell us that you are more likely to use many of these skills at home in the defence of your loved ones. Why not use quality, culture improving standards and training that your workers are going to love!

We can deliver training at our purpose-built emergency facility, or, we can train onsite. Also, let our team know how we can tailor your training for the type of work you do and the type of staff you have. We love putting our thinking caps on to give you the very best in personal safety and workplace culture building.

Let us show you a new and modern approach to learning and emergency training.

Why provide realistic simulations?

Realism in training is fundamental in developing cognitive skills which can be brought back at a later stage, in this case, a critical moment in time.

Our staff are passionate about preparing you for your worst day. We have adapted functional and purposeful training metrics by our decades of emergency service and  military experience. We look to challenge and build with our students ability through a pause/play methodology.

It's when we arrive at this point those functional skills can be relied upon in emergencies to not only save a life but promote the best outcomes.

Our training includes:

  • Simulated wounds
  • Sounds
  • Smoke
  • Smells
  • Distractions
  • Obstacles and debris
  • Bystanders
  • And much more...

Come and find out why we believe we're the best at what we do!
